Community and pro bono work are part of professional responsibility for me.

Alongside my work with leaders, teams and organizations, I stay involved in mentoring, community initiatives, knowledge sharing and selected pro bono work. I see this as a natural part of being in the field.

Practice, development, giving back This part of the site shows that learning and sharing knowledge are part of the profession for me, not an extra.

Areas of involvement

  • Mentoring people growing in coaching, agile and facilitation.
  • Supporting professional communities and practice-building initiatives.
  • Pro bono work where support can genuinely help.
  • Sharing knowledge through writing, talks, workshops and conversations.

How I think about this work

I am less interested in reputation management than in honest participation in the field and supporting people who need attention, courage or simply a thoughtful conversation.

Not every collaboration has to begin as a commercial offer. Sometimes it is enough to begin with a conversation about what you are trying to build and where support would genuinely help.
